• Ensuring the accuracy of customer data entered into the platform
• Maintaining proper records of service history and operational data
• Managing customer account information in compliance with applicable privacy laws
• Safeguarding any sensitive data related to your customers and operations
• Complying with applicable data protection laws

6. Payment Terms

For paid plans:

• Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• We may change pricing with 30 days notice
• Failure to pay may result in service suspension

TackRoute and its content, features, and functionality are owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you create using our services.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TackRoute shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

9. Service Availability
